Teaching men how to practice yoga and develop their own practice
For centuries, yoga was taught by men, for men. In its ancient roots, yoga was used by Indian sages to build strength, increase stamina, and achieve mental clarity. The physical postures (asanas) were specifically designed to support the physical demands of warriors and athletes.
Over time, yoga became more widely practiced by both men and women, but the roots of yoga were firmly grounded in male traditions.
This is why I am bringing it back to its roots with my MEN ONLY YOGA CLASS. It's a space where men can experience the full range of benefits yoga offers—whether you want to improve your strength, focus, flexibility, or just relieve the stress of everyday life.
